Lake & Waterfront
Does every home have lake access?
By Holly Gardner Your Big Bear Realtor
Short Answer
Here's one of my favorite things about Big Bear: the lake belongs to everyone! It's a public lake with public launch ramps all around the shore, so getting out on the water is easy no matter where you live. Even if a home doesn't have its own dock, you can purchase a dock slip at one of the local marinas. And many neighborhoods include resident beach and park access through the water district, so lake days are always close by.
